Browsing

The site stores your light, dark or automatic display preference in your browser. This release does not load advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider processes request information needed to deliver and protect the site, and newsroom images load from TKC’s own storage on Google Cloud.

The website check

When you request a check, the app reads the public homepage and robots.txt of the website you enter. Do not submit private URLs, credentials or personal information. The app returns the result to your browser and does not create an account or lead record. Temporary rate-limit counters help protect the service; application code does not save your report to a database.

Contact and signups

The email link opens your own email app. Messages you choose to send reach the address shown. Kane and Midas signups are closed; this site does not collect their signup details or connect customer accounts.

Your TKC account

When you sign in, TKC keeps your verified email address, your display name if provided, an account identifier, your access roles, the sign-in method, account and session timestamps, and the versions of the terms and privacy notice you accepted. New accounts receive customer access. Staff access is granted separately.

Google Cloud Identity Platform verifies your identity. TKC’s backend stores account, role and session records separately from leads and newsletter requests. Google sign-in asks for identity information only. Mailbox connections and product enrollment use separate steps.

Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing. TKC does not place account details or private review screens into public analytics.

Sign-in links and sessions

Email sign-in uses a one-time link. The browser may keep the address you entered in that tab’s session storage so you do not have to type it again. The address is cleared when sign-in finishes. A different browser asks for the address again. Never share a sign-in link.

A necessary, host-only secure cookie keeps you signed in. Its value is an opaque session reference. JavaScript cannot read it, and it contains no readable email address, name or role. Sessions have a maximum lifetime of 30 days and an inactivity limit of seven days. The server checks revocation and current access roles when you use private account pages or data routes.

Sign-in and access events are recorded for account security. Application logs do not include identity tokens, session cookie values or raw email addresses. Temporary abuse controls help protect sign-in.

Managing account information

From your account you can sign out, revoke other sessions, download your account information, or request account deletion. Export and deletion require a recent sign-in. An export contains your profile, role history and your own sign-in and access events; it does not include connected credentials or another person’s records.

A deletion request revokes access and starts removal of account information. Any separate service agreement is handled under its own terms. You can also contact the address below about your account information.
