Built
toward this.
From understanding the business
to building what runs it.
I started in enterprise software, then chose smaller, more specialized companies that brought me closer to emerging problems. Each move added a piece of what I build today.

The path
Closer to the work.
The company changed. The experience came with me.

Tableau / Salesforce
Enterprise data & business systems
Understand the business first.
At Tableau, I learned how enterprise teams turn data into decisions—and what it takes to get a business to adopt new software. The lesson was to connect the technology to the people buying and using it.
For an agentGive a system the business context to make a useful decision.

Highspot
Sales enablement
Make knowledge usable.
Collateral, brand kits, talk tracks and guardrails help a team act consistently. Highspot brought me closer to that discipline. Today, those same building blocks help agents understand the assignment, use the right material and stay within bounds.
For an agentPut the right context, assets and instructions within reach.

ChannelMix
Formerly Alight Analytics
Learn how growth happens.
ChannelMix was my practical education in marketing: paid media, attribution, channel mix and the growth disciplines explored in Traction. It taught me to connect the message, the channel and the measurement to what a business does next.
For an agentReach the right people, then measure what actually worked.

Shinydocs
Enterprise information
Respect the information.
Enterprise documents, content systems, PII and data security made the questions concrete: where does information live, who should see it and how can it be used? Those questions become even more consequential when software can act on the answer.
For an agentUse the right information, with the right permissions.

HeyLieu / Hyre
Virtual assistants & BPO
Listen to the work.
Calls with American businesses, including home-services operators, kept coming back to dispatch, email management and executive-assistant work. I learned what people actually wanted off their plate—and the handoffs and expectations behind a request to hire an assistant.
For an agentTurn a recurring task into a workflow someone can trust.
06 · Put it together
Build what
runs the business.
I founded TKC Group in 2020. In June 2025, I launched its agent offering around the work I kept hearing businesses ask for.
Today, I build AI workflows that connect tools, information and people. Through TKC Group and GlobalNode, I’m bringing those systems together across local and cloud infrastructure—with the context, permissions, testing and handoffs they need to be useful.

Coinme Polygon BTCD.fi
Recent work across fintech and crypto adds another set of operating constraints. My work with Polygon is client work through TKC Group. Alongside that, I co-found products like BeAligned—staying close to both the business and what it takes to build it.
